Improves work environments by partnering with corporations to deliver diversity training and teach employees how to be allies to LGBT colleagues.
Changes hearts and minds through the "Stay Close" public awareness campaign. Through compelling images of celebrities who share the stories of their LGBT loved ones, "Stay Close" preserves relationships and saves lives by reaching families who wouldn't otherwise know PFLAG.
Advocates for full equality for lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender people as the uniquely powerful "straight voice" for the LGBT community.
