Elders give youth a promise of community, continuity, and consciousness of self. They often keep culture and personal history alive in the hearts of the young and serve as wise influences to the young people in their lives.
Being a grandparent or an elder in an LGBTQ+ person’s life is a cherished and important role that we uplift and embrace at our Loving Elders support group. If you identify as a grandparent or an intergenerational influence in the life of an LGBTQ+ person, we hope you’ll join us.
