Support Groups
PFLAG NYC serves over 1,000 people per year through a variety of support groups for LGBTQ+ people and their parents, family members, and friends.
All of our meetings are free of charge, run by trained volunteer facilitators, and take place virtually via Zoom. We aim to make every meeting a safe place to share, learn, receive mutual support, and find solidarity and community.
Free support coaching is also available for anyone who desires 1-on-1 support.
Please reach out to [email protected] with any questions about support groups or coaching.
