Family Connections Workshops with Dr. Hannah Ellerkamp
PFLAG NYC’s Support Services will provide two free virtual workshops with special guest and clinical psychologist, Dr. Hannah Ellerkamp. These workshops will focus on how to talk to the LGBTQIA+ youth in your life about intimacy, and understanding their identity and how it impacts their experiences.
These workshops are good for parents, families, and caregivers of tweens, teens, and young adults (13+).
Gender Affirming Surgery Workshops with Dr. Drew Marano
PFLAG NYC is hosting a free two-part event dedicated to providing information and answering questions about gender affirmation surgery. Gender affirmation surgeon Dr. Drew Marano, MD will answer questions about accessing, preparing for, and recovering from different gender-affirming surgical procedures.
